This spring brings major updates to the platform alongside RisingTide solutions powering operations, finance, and trade across the industry. Smarter agents, a rebuilt workspace, deeper data integration, and five new solution pillars that work together as a connected ecosystem. Here's what's new and what it means for your operations.
SECTION 01
Spring 2026 Solution Launches
Five new pillars. One connected ecosystem.
01 — CUSTOM APP DEVELOPMENT
TideBuilder
Easier to build and deploy applications alongside Rising Tide's native solutions. A streamlined toolkit covers the full path from creation to deployment of entire enterprise and AI solutions. Users can describe their solutions as well as data in plain English, and the Agents do the rest. TideBuilder is not just for developers. Anyone in your business can create new solutions while AI agent integration, infrastructure, security, governance, audit trail, access control, tenant isolation, and AI-assisted data provisioning are all handled natively by the platform.
02 — INTEGRATED WORK MANAGEMENT
TideBoard
A flexible space to create, assign, and track work through the stages your business actually uses, with board, list, timeline, and calendar views and full control over workflows, custom fields, and permissions. It's also where the human-AI handoff happens: agents run automation in the background (for example, checking the inbox for new BOLs each morning), the resulting work flows into TideBoard for review, and your team's decisions hand the next step back to automation with a complete audit trail.
03 — INTELLIGENT FREIGHT RECONCILIATION
Freight Lane Validator
A trusted second pair of eyes for freight operations. Surfaces data mismatches that drive inaccurate quotes, manual invoicing, and credit/rebill cycles. Built on an "observe and advise" architecture, the Validator works quietly in the background comparing across sources without rewriting data in your systems of record. Discrepancies push to TideBoard for secure human resolution.
04 — CONNECTED TRADE INTELLIGENCE
TIA Pricing Engine
From market price intake to invoice reconciliation in one platform. Traders build and version pricing formulas visually with full lineage on every calculated price. Supply teams see side-by-side ranked sourcing options at every terminal. Every BOL is automatically rated against the right contract and reconciled to the supplier invoice. The result: faster pricing decisions, cleaner books, fewer disputes.
05 — REAL-TIME MARKET VISIBILITY
Energy Dashboard
Consolidates the data your teams check across multiple tabs into a single, clean morning view. Live spot prices across crude, refined products, natural gas, and metals. Market spreads, charts, and curated industry news in one place. Geospatial context with pipelines, terminals, and key infrastructure overlaid across critical EIA PADD regions.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
The Ecosystem Flywheel
Energy Dashboard observes the market → TIA Pricing Engine sets optimal rates and sourcing → Freight Lane Validator secures logistics accuracy → TideBoard manages execution and exceptions → TideBuilder extends the cycle with custom apps.
A single connected place where people and intelligent agents work together.
SECTION 02 — NEW FROM RISINGTIDE
STORM
AI-Native Sales Planning
A sales planning platform that layers on top of your existing CRM to give the whole organization a shared weekly cadence. Reps build accountable plans tied to real opportunities, managers get clear visibility into pipeline health and blockers, and cross-functional dependencies surface before they slow deals down.
SECTION 03
Spring 2026 Platform Updates
The next generation of NewTide.ai
GPT-5.5 on Azure
The newest, smartest addition to the GPT-5 family is now live across NewTide. Fully hosted on Azure, respects your existing role-based permissions automatically, and works inside the exact same flow your team already knows. Existing workflows stay 100% intact.
Python Code Interpreter, Unlocked Across GPT-5
Agents that actually do the work, not just describe it. Crunch numbers, draw matplotlib charts directly in chat, and generate downloadable Excel, CSV, and PDF files that persist after the session ends.
Spatial Awareness Unlocked
Agents can finally answer Where and How Far. New capabilities include Multimodal Routing, which calculates distances and travel times across car, pedestrian, bicycle, and truck modes, including HAZMAT-compliant routes that fuel trucks are required to use and that most consumer mapping tools don't support. Geocode and Reverse Geocode, which turns any address into precise coordinates or vice versa. Proximity Search, which finds nearby points of interest (e.g., fuel terminals within 50 miles) ranked by relevance.
Agent Workbench, UX Improvements
A new workspace designed around how teams actually work:
Default Anchor: Set any agent as your Default and it loads automatically at login.
Pinned Favorites: Mark essential agents as Favorites to keep them grouped at the top of your sidebar.
Live Filtering: Find chats instantly by title, content, or summary.
Hover Previews: Peek at the first exchange before opening a chat.
Full Archive Search: One click extends search to your entire history and restores files automatically.
No More Infinite Spinners: Background auto-retries (up to 3x) during heavy loads with clear "Retrying..." indicators.
Foolproof Tool Configuration
Toggle through hundreds of tools instantly with new All/Enabled filter pills (counts update live). Capability cards now explicitly warn you if a tool can't run on your currently selected model. Save configurations without being bounced away from the page.
Data Helm Now Lives Inside Your Chat
As of April 29, no more jumping between windows. Data Helm is fully integrated into the chat workspace:
Type @ in any chat to instantly search and insert Data Helm files.
Drag and drop files directly into Data Helm folders without leaving chat.
Select folders or entire Data Groups as a single reference chip for deep analysis across a whole project.
Selected files appear as removable chips for total visual confirmation before you send.
Additional April and May Release Improvements
• Data Helm now fully supports .docx uploads.
• A series of stability fixes resolved agent hangs, GPT-5.x model errors, settings save failures, and file upload errors.
• Anthropic's Claude models are now supported in RisingTide alongside GPT. The lineup includes Sonnet 4.6, Opus 4.6, and Haiku 4.5, with a new Model Advisor that recommends the right model based on your use case and a User Query toggle that improves tool accuracy across Data Helm, web search, and Code Interpreter.
